 Types of commerical floors we install:

Commercial grade wood, vinyl, laminate and tile.

We are trained to install all types of dance floors as well as spring floor systems.

Commercial finishes: only Wood Walk Floors uses the highest quality commercial finishes so the job only needs to be done once, the right way, and will last!

Oil-modified urethane.
This is easy to apply. It is a solvent-based polyurethane that dries in about eight hours. Polyurethane could amber.

Water-based urethane.
Finishes are clear and non-yellowing. They have a milder odor and usually dry in about two to four hours.

Penetrating Stain and Wax.
Finish soaks into the pores of the wood and hardens to form a protective penetrating seal. The wax gives a low-gloss satin sheen. It is generally maintained with a solvent-based wax (never water based). Buff with a paste wax or cleaning liquid specifically made for wax finish wood floors and add an additional thin application as needed.

Oil.
Multiple coats of oil soak in the pores of the wood and are buffed into the pores of the wood.
